Serge Crismale

Serge comes to us with extensive experience in financial management, reporting and compliance.

An experienced member of the team, Serge joined the Chamber in 2009, and was quickly handed the reins as Treasurer, within a short time he led the Chamber as President from 2012 to 2014. After a rest from Chamber activities Serge has re-invigorated his involvement as part of the Executive team for 2025.

Serge has owned and operated First Class Accounts Picton since 2006, relieving many business owners with the chores relating to their bookkeeping and ATO compliance. He has an extensive client base of local businesses in the Wollondilly and Macarthur regions. It's not uncommon for Serge to strike up a conversation with clients and colleagues during his personal ventures into the main street of Picton, an aspect he enjoys.

Outside of work, Serge enjoys the company of his wife Jenny, his children Adam and Elisha and grandsons who live locally.

He enjoys mountain biking, and motorcycling both on road and off.

Not one to shy away from community involvement, he has been an active volunteer with the Lakesland Rural Fire Service for over 20 years and currently fills the role of Captain
